The questions people actually ask
What counts as a concurrent user?
Somebody with your site open and at least one chat window on it, at the same moment. The same person in two rooms and two private conversations is one, not four. It is not a visit and not a registered member — a site with fifty thousand members and thirty people online at once needs the plan that covers thirty.
What happens if we go over?
The people over the limit can still read the chat; they cannot join it until somebody leaves. Nothing breaks and nothing is billed retroactively — you move up a plan when it starts happening often.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Fourteen days, and the chat stops if you do nothing at the end of it.
Can I put it on more than one site?
Each site is its own subscription, with its own members, rooms and settings. Connected domains is a different thing: it is how many additional domains one site may appear on, for a site that spans several.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving to a six-month or yearly term starts a new subscription and refunds the unused part of the old one, so you never pay twice for the same days.
