Add a chat to Typepad

An Embed Your Own HTML module in the shared sidebar or footer.

  1. Get your snippet

    Sign up, enter the address of the site, and Flyzoo generates the Application ID. If you already have an account, open the dashboard and use Add website instead.

  2. Copy it

    It is one block, and the only part specific to you is the Application ID in the first line.

  3. Paste it into Typepad

    Design → Content → add an “Embed Your Own HTML” module and paste the snippet, then apply the layout to the whole blog.

  4. Reload the page

    The dock appears in the bottom corner and you are set as the site’s administrator. Everything after this — rooms, colours, moderation, operators — is in the dashboard.
