Add a chat to Drupal

Get your snippet

Sign up, enter the address of the site, and Flyzoo generates the Application ID. If you already have an account, open the dashboard and use Add website instead.

Copy it

It is one block, and the only part specific to you is the Application ID in the first line.

Paste it into Drupal

Structure → Block layout → Place block → Add custom block, set the text format to Full HTML, paste the snippet, and place it in the Footer region for all pages.

Any text format other than Full HTML strips the <script> tag silently — the block saves, and nothing loads.

Reload the page

The dock appears in the bottom corner and you are set as the site’s administrator. Everything after this — rooms, colours, moderation, operators — is in the dashboard.
