Community chat and live support, in one widget

Two things most sites buy separately — a community chat and a support chat — as one widget, one script tag and one set of people.

One install

A single script tag before </body> gives you the rooms, the private messages and the support conversations.

One set of members

The person asking a support question is the same person who posts in the room, with the same name and the same history.

One place to run it

Rooms, operators, moderation, appearance and the visitor list are all in the same dashboard.

How it works

The whole product, in order of what you would use first

  1. A room, on your own pages

The thing most customers buy. Visitors who are on your site at the same time talk to each other, in your layout, under your domain — read without signing in, join with a name, or arrive already identified through single sign-on.

  2. Moderation, from the first day

Word filter, link rules by member grade, anti-spam limits and per-site bans, applied on the server before a message reaches anybody. Included on every plan, because a public room on your domain is your reputation.

  3. Support, when you want it

Promote a member to operator and the same widget takes support conversations, routed to whoever is free, taking an email address out of hours instead of showing a closed sign.

  4. And the parts you grow into

Visitor monitoring, the REST API, translation, white label. These are what the plans genuinely differ on, rather than limits applied to something everybody has.

Questions

What is Flyzoo, in one sentence?
A chat room you embed in your own website, for the people who are on it at the same time — with live support in the same widget when you want it.
Who is it for?
Sites whose visitors arrive together rather than one at a time: internet radio, live streams and shows, online events, and communities built around a subject. If your traffic trickles in, a chat room will be empty and this is the wrong product.
What does it cost?
From $9.90 a month, priced on how many people can be in the chat at once rather than on how many messages they send, with a fourteen-day trial and no card to start.
How long does it take to install?
One script tag before the closing body tag. Sign up, paste it into the template every page shares, reload — the room is there and you are its administrator.
